Thomas J. Hackney
Thomas J. Hackney graduated from Boston College in 2004, majoring in Economics and minoring in History. Tom obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2007. Tom has since obtained his license to practice law in Florida, Nevada, and Connecticut. Tom has practiced for more than 10 years investigating, litigating, and resolving product defects, construction defects, and negligence claims resulting in fire and water damage.
Lauren R. Masotta
Lauren R. Masotta graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008, majoring in Political Science. Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2012 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2012. Lauren has practiced for 10 years specializing in property and workers’ compensation subrogation. She has experience investigating, litigating and resolving product defect, construction defect and negligence claims.
Tom represents national and regional insurance carriers and works with these carriers to develop and implement personalized subrogation recovery strategies to meet each carrier’s individual needs.
